The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) is a non-profit organization that board certifies obstetricians and gynecologists (OB-GYNs) and offers continuing certification to OB-GYNs in the United States and Canada. Our teams support ABOG's mission through a range of functions, including certification oversight, assessment development and administration, communications, and organizational operations. Together, these areas ensure the integrity, quality, and consistency of ABOG's certification programs.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and coordination support to the Office of Medical Affairs (OMA), coordination support to OMA leadership, and designated areas (e.g., Certification Standards, GME, CBME initiatives). Serves as the primary owner of select committee and meeting operations, overseeing complex logistics, ensuring the integrity of documentation and action tracking, and enabling the efficient execution of OMA priorities in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
The Certification Standards Specialist I will own defined process areas within the Office of Medical Affairs (OMA), including eligibility review, program tracking, and reporting. Serving as a trusted subject matter expert within their functional area, this role makes decisions within established policies and procedures, escalates edge cases to leadership, and contributes to process improvement, stakeholder communication, intermediate data analysis, and policy interpretation.
The Senior Software Engineer will possess experience delivering multiple software projects through a complete software development life cycle (SDLC). Successful candidates will possess extensive knowledge in the delivery of web, web services, and windows services applications. Candidates should be able to deliver projects independently or provide technical guidance to small project teams. The role requires expertise in modern design, development practices, secure coding principles, system integration, and agile methodologies.
